Ginny smiled when Rose's eyes turned pink when she mentioned Sammy Heartwell. She nodded in agreement with Elin's comment on fun. "I wonder if they're going to put age restrictions for the Yule Ball." She said.

Scarlett grinned, "Just for saying that, probably will have age restrictions," she commented, with a soft chuckle, "You probably should knock on wood," she added, knocking on the table herself.

Ginny grabbed another apple slice. "Knock on wood?" She asked. She hadn't really heard of this phrase before.

Scarlett laughed, "It's a Muggle thing, I'm surprised you never heard of it," she explained, taking an apple slice of the fruit  platter. Taking a bite, Scarlett crunched down on the bit and smiled a close mouth smile. After fully swallowing, Scarlett declared, "By the time this party is over, this platter is going to be empty and my belly is going to look like Santa Claus'," No offense, Santa, she thought in her mind as she indeed believed in Santa Claus.

Ginny smiled when Rose said her stomach would look like Santa's. "I guess 'knock on wood' isn't a common phrase." She said. That could be one reason she had never heard of it.

Scarlett laughed, "Probably isn't if my grandfather was the one that used the phrase," she replied, her eyes turning to a dark shade of green, happiness. "That's what I get for using quotes from her grand-daddy," she added as she face palmed her head. "I usually like to use my grandmother's sayings like 'everyone should smile even the ones that feel there's nothing to smile about'," That was her absolute favorite quote, especially since before her mother started to give birth to her sister. She held her in her arms and rubbed her cheeks, causing a smile to erupt on her face. That's how the nickname, Smiley, became her father's nickname for her.
