Darcy was sitting on the ground with his legs crossed as he played with the cardinal spider, whom he had decided to name Ripper, that he had found one day in the dungeons. He had decided to let the arachnid be a pet due to it really being the closest he felt as though he'd ever get to having a friend. The main reason he was out by the lake was to find Ripper some food, but the hunt wasn't going as well as he thought it would. Sighing, he looked up at the sky and shielded his eyes from the sun as the spider began to crawl onto his shoulder.
