Artemis looked away, eyes growing distant for a moment. ''...Because i care about you, Harry Potter. Why do you think i've stayed so long?'' She asked, bluntly, ignoring the hammering feeling in her chest. All her life, she was the adrenaline girl, never getting scared and that's what caused her mother to be proud.

Artemis leaned into his hands, kissing the palm gently and looked him in the eyes. ''I'll only leave until you tell me to...I'll stay forever if you don't..'' She replied honestly.

Artemis's heart quickened when he leaned in and her eyes fluttered shut at the kiss. Leaning in, her arms wrapped around his neck and she pulled away after a few moments. ''W-what was that for?'' She breathed out.

Smiling slightly at the confusion in her tone he pecked her lips again, quicker this time, "You said you'll stay... so I want you to stay as more than just a friend... " he answered firmly.

Artemis' eyes widened and she listened to his words, hugging him tighter. ''I-I'd love to be...more than your friend..'' She whispered into his ear, blushing and grinning from ear to ear. She promised at that moment to always be there for Harry.
