Father and Daughter (Misha)

He stood at the edge of his home watching her. Having just gotten back from azkaban he stayed hidden. Though he had lied through his teeth and been allowed out after serving his time he did not stoke a fire in the cold hut he merely stood and watched as his daughter approached the lake. He'd taken a few days to listen to the whispers of gossiping students. His daughter had gone astray in his absence. Far to astray. Her back to him he left the doorway and approached her, his long legs carrying him with confidence. Dipping to whisper in her ear he said "Daddy's home"

Misha was relaxing calmly by the lake, her eyes closed as she tried to escape reality. Why had life to be so hard? She admired her mum for being so strong. Right now, she wished she was the same. When she heard familiar whisper, voice she remembered from when she was barely a child, she jumped on her feet quickly, facing her father. "Dad," she said, frozen on a spot, in shock.

Armen chuckled darkly scooping her up into his arms. Azkaban had not taken his strength from him and she was light as a feather in his arms. "My beautiful princess" he murmured.

Misha was shocked again as he held her, but hugged him, not having issue with darkness inside him, she started to cry. "Dad, I missed you so much," she whispered into his shoulder.
